If you are looking for a great bike ride through this beautiful town with great views, wonderful food, and cultural resources, this is your one stop shop! Our tour guide Giancarlo was the ultimate source of information and made sure we all stayed together as a group through the small streets of Bari. If I could give more stars I would, as we had such a wonderful time exploring and eating the greatest food Italy has to offer. I definitely recommend this to anyone stopping here and to make sure you come hungry! You also get to keep the bikes until they close after your tour which i thought was so nice and let's you explore more on your own if you so choose. Thank you for the great experience and would definitely come back if we are ever in Bari again!

We loved the experience with Noona ANNA Alf Allessio, we got to learn how to make pasta and focaccia they were so open and funny it felt like at home! This is a must-have experience!!!

We had the tour with Federica, and she (and the tour, and the food) were all magnificent. Great knowledge of Bari, Italy, and the food, excellent combination of sights and tastes.

Unfortunately it was not what we expected - especially for the price!! The „experience“ was not a great one. You get pre-made focaccia dough where you put toppings on top - then they bake it for you and you get to taste it. So nothing special here. Then the lady shows how to roll the Orichiette and you get to try it for a bit. The Orichiette you made are not used for anything though - they are thrown away afterwards…. Then they serve some pre-made Orichiette with basic tomato sauce. That’s it. For 85€ we would’ve expected much more.

I have already been in Bari earlier, so I knew most of the monuments which we visited during our tour, but with all the extra information given by our guide, it was a totally different sightseeing. We could learn a lot, but with al those interesting legends, it was fun, as well. The group was small, the guide was greatn, the pace was ok. i wanted to rate it as 4.5 (out of 5), but only integers can be given…

The second we walked through the door, we were magically transported back in time to my husband’s grandmothers house…the music, the conversation, the language, the smells, the texture of the dough…all reminiscent of our memories in her Italian kitchen. Thank you for this most amazing experience, it was the best ever!!!
