We were two families on a cycling holiday in Puglia, and seven of us rented bikes from Velo Service. The entire experience, from our first email to returning the bikes, was professional, friendly and well organized. Communication before the trip was excellent. They helped us choose the right bike sizes and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. The bikes were in very good condition and were perfect for a week of cycling through Puglia. During our trip, we had a problem with a bike trailer. We contacted Velo Service, and they immediately sent a mechanic by train to the town where we were staying. The problem was fixed quickly, allowing us to continue our holiday with minimal interruption. We were very impressed by their dedication and level of service. We had also arranged to return the bikes in Gallipoli, and the pickup vehicle arrived exactly on time, making the return process smooth and hassle-free. Both Alberobello and Polignano a Mare were great experiences . Due to hot weather , the two hours at each was sufficient . The driver was very friendly and accommodating to our needs . Maybe he could have been more interactive with us ( in English ) along the way , but this is only a little advice going forward . Cheers CK Australia

Mariella and Anna were fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed this incredible cultural experience learning how to make focaccia and orichiette. We also left well fed! Mariella was a fantastic instructor. I highly recommend this cooking class especially with a family.

My 80 year old parents truely enjoyed their rickshaw experience. The team at veloservice were wonderfully accomodating: we were tight on time as on cruise ship , and veloservice offered to adjust tour to suit our timing. Jacobo and his colleague cycled my parents and relatives safely, they really enjoyed it!
