Solid experience. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. However with a group of 24 people, it was often hard to hear what she was saying. If the group were smaller, I would give it 5 stars

This was a fantastic tour. IRIS our guide was very informative. Saw some places we would have never seen if we didn’t do this tour. Had fun playing instruments and singing with a local Bari man. That was fun. Nice leisurely walk through the old town.

Our guide Chiara was so wonderful and taught us so much about Bari and had a lot of fun. I would recommend this walking tour to anyone. And best to do it on your first day

Our walking tour of Bari was amazing.. our tour guide Frederica made the experience more enjoyable with her passion, enthusiasm, and love for this city.. we were taken to amazing sites and given the opportunity to visit as well as photograph..

Our Velo Service driver was great! He was a good driver and pointed out things of interest along the way from Bari to Alberobello and Matera. He added to our fun that day and helped to give us memories for a lifetime. I would recommend Velo Service to anyone who wants to do the same loop.

We took this tour with about 6 couples in total. Our tour guide appeared to be just going through the motions, spending more time looking at his phone than speaking with us. We started in an area which had a demonstration going on complete with loud speakers. The guide made no effort to move a bit further away in the plaza so that he could be heard. The tour takes you through narrow and busy streets and if you don't walk at his pacem, forget about it, you would be lost. He hardly ever turned around to see if we were still with him. We actually had to wait at intersections so that we could direct the slower walkers as to which direction he turned. Then we were told a few times of a very special surprise. At the end of the tour (which thankfully ended 15 minutes early) the special surprise was a street musician who handed out various "instruments" and he pointed to that person to bang that instrument while he sang a few short songs.
