ARCHAEOLOGICAL BARI
Tour begins next to the archaeological Via Traiana in Ferrarese Square, a short section of the ancient Roman road built by Romans in the early II century A.D. until you reach Santa Scolastica Archaeological Museum.
Tour goes on to the Cathedral of Saint Sabinus, a precious example of Romanesque Apulian style, which hides a whorty archaeological itinerary in the underground sites named Succorpo.
Tour ends at the imposing and solemn Basilica of Saint Nicholas, symbol of the union between East and West, which hosts the relics of the Saint.
According to the museum' opening hours and availability, two of the following archaeological sites will be visited during the tour: Palazzo Simi, Swabian Castle, Basilica of Saint Nicholas with its precious Crypt, Cathedral Succorpo, Saint Scolastica Museum.
