GENERAL TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
It is declared that Velo Service (Ecotour S.r.L.), as Tour Operator, provides a wide range of tourist experiences, guided tours, rentals, and other travel and entertainment services to visitors and affiliated partners.
PERMITS AND LICENSES
Velo Service expressly declares to be in possession of all necessary permits, licenses, and/or authorizations for the sale of experiences, guided tours, rentals, and other travel and entertainment services.
GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Velo Service declares to have general liability insurance.
PRODUCTS
Velo Service provides tourist services with tour guides in possession of the necessary qualifications and for whom it bears responsibility. The offer of these products or their execution does not violate any laws, regulations, third-party rights, or moral rights. Velo Service is responsible for ensuring that the product information provided to the Guest is always up to date, including (but not limited to) product descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and pricing.
MULTIMEDIA CONTENT
All information and content is the property of Velo Service and does not infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of third parties.
VOUCHER
The Guest will present a mobile voucher or email voucher upon arrival at Velo Service to verify the confirmed transaction.
PRICES
The prices of products provided by Velo Service include only the costs expressly indicated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund requests must be made by contacting Velo Service Support by email to customercare@veloservice.org.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISER
In the event of cancellation and/or modification by the TO Velo Service of one or more main characteristics of the tourist services provided in the booked experience, the tourist may:
- accept an alternative service offered by Velo Service;
- convert the amount already paid into a voucher valid for 1 year that may be used towards any services and products offered by the Tour Operator;
- request a full refund of the amount already paid.
CANCELLATION BY THE TOURIST
Cancellation by the tourist of the booked tour for subjective reasons does not guarantee a refund of the amount already paid.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the tour, for whatever reason, even if unexpected and unanticipated, the following policy will apply:
- 100% refund if the cancellation takes place at least 72 hours before the start of the tour
- 50% refund if the cancellation takes place between 72 hours and 24 hours before the start of the tour
- 0% refund if the cancellation takes place fewer than 24 hours before the start of the tour.
Please note: The deposit already paid for booking a tour is non-refundable and can be converted into:
- an alternative service offered by Velo Service;
- a voucher valid for 1 year that may be used towards any services and products offered by the Tour Operator.
UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS
In the case of an "unforeseeable event" which occurs after booking and prevents the tourist from participating in the tour, Velo Service may consider the possibility of a refund. The determination of what constitutes an "unforeseeable event" is at the discretion of the Tour Operator.
GOVERNING LAW
The contract will be governed by Italian law.
PRIVACY LAW
We inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the Law (art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - "Privacy Code" - and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 - "GDPR 2016/679"), the "personal data" you provide will be kept in our archives and used only in compliance with the obligations provided for by the laws in force.
