Velo Service Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy aims to inform users about the methods of processing their personal data. Velo Service, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), ensures the privacy and security of each visitor's personal data. Processing is mainly electronic (DB, web platforms, etc.) and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes collected, in compliance with legal principles. Velo Service may process data without consent for the following services:

Navigation logs, if recorded, are stored for 3 months. Other data are stored throughout the contractual relationship and only as long as legally required or to defend or assert a right.
