The tour begins in the heart of Polignano a Mare delighting the palate with special coffee, known for its rich and intense aroma and distinctive notes that reflect a long tradition and craftsmanship.

The tour continues in the ancient village with itinerant tastings: in a secret location to learn about the art of focaccia and taste a piece; in a traditional rotisserie to taste the panzerotto specialty.

The tour ends a few steps from the statue of the famous Italian singer-songwriter, Domenico Modugno, tasting the delicious Apulian capocollo and burrata and sipping a glass of local wine.
