Tour begins travelling over the narrow streets of the old town where you can select high quality ingredients at local markets and picturesque stores in the area.

Tour goes on at a typical house in the old town where we will prepare together some traditional Apulian appetizers such as bruschetta, cheeses and a first course of orecchiette pasta with tomato sauce. Seated at the table, you will savour the freshly prepared dishes while drinking a glass of Primitivo wine. It takes place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Tour ends with an Espresso coffee stop before visiting a handicraft shop where you will be able to customize your own "Made in Puglia" souvenir.
